1. What does it mean when my card is invalid?
   When the status of your card is ‘invalid’, this means two things; either the card has not been activated by the store or it wasn’t properly activated. An invalid card doesn’t necessary mean the card has been used. It simply means that the codes on the card can be found on the google database, thereby the codes are not valid.
2. What to do if my card is invalid?
   The available option is to return the card together with the receipt to the store you bought it from. This is for it to be properly activated and become redeemable.
3. Can I redeem my card after it has been properly activated?
   Yes you can.
4. What does it mean when my card is used?
   When the status of your card is ‘used’, this means that the gift card has been previously redeemed by someone else and can no longer be redeemed. This is often the case when there is a third party involved during the process of getting the giftcard. That is why it is advisable to purchase these cards yourself if possible or you should get it from a trusted and verified vendor.
5. What to do if my card is used?
   The only available option is to contact your vendor and ask for a refund on the card as he might have sold you a used card.
6. Is it possible to know who used my card?
   No its not.
